摘要
利用ANSYS有限元程序对机械密封焊接金属波纹管波纹膜片进行动态应力计算及分析。求出由轴向振动引起的最大动应力的大小及位置,进而对振动量与最大动应力的关系进行分析。结果表明,减小振动量可以降低膜片最大动应力,以提高膜片的使用寿命。
The calculation and analysis of the dynamic stresses of the ripple membrane of the welded metal bellows of mechanical seals were conducted using ANSYS finite element program. The size and location of the maximum dynamic stress induced with axial vibration were found, the relation between the vibration quantity and the maximum dynamic stress was analyzed. The result shows that the decrease of the vibration quantity can lower the maximum dynamic stress to extend the service life of the ripple membrane .
