介绍了50kt/a ABS生产装置扩能改造过程中引进的SC800H型卧式螺旋卸料离心机的工作原理、关键部件以及试车过程中存在的问题,针对该离心机改造后工作状况仍不理想的现状,采用LWL450×300-N型卧式螺旋卸料离心机替换,从而满足了连续性生产的需要。

The working principles, key components, and existing problems in test run of the SC800H type horizontal screw discharging centrifuge used in the extension and reform of 50kt/a ABS project were presented, and the LWI450 × 300-N type horizontal screw discharging centrifuge was used to replace the SC800H type centrifuge for the unsatisfactory work state after its reform, and the demand of continuous production was realized.
