摘要
给出了计算厚向异性材料在加工硬化条件下的拉深应力与危险断面失稳强度的计算式，借助计算机可以迅速准确的预测圆筒及带凸缘圆筒的首次拉深的极限拉深系数。理论解与多种材料的实验值十分吻合。
Abstract In this paper the formulas of deep-drawing force and strength of plastic tensil instability in the dangerous section are given for a material of the normal anisotropy and strainhardening.The limiting drawing rate of a cup and that with flange when first drawing may be estimated rapidly and accurately with the help of computer.The theoretical analysis in good agreement with experiment results of varied materials.
