薄板坯连铸连轧工艺热过程数值模拟的研究

STUDY OF NUMERICAL SIMULATION ON THERMAL PROCESS DURING CONTINUOUS CASTING AND ROLLING OF THIN SLAB

本文针对连铸连轧的热过程，建立了各工艺的热过程的数学模型，并开发了相应的软件。采用该软件对个别典型的工艺进行分析，为连铸连轧生产线的设计提出了有益的建议。

In this paper,mathematical model and FEM software for the simulation of thermal process during continuous casting and rolling of thin slab were developed.Based on the simulation,some typical processes were investigated,and some useful suggestions for the design of thin slab continuous casting and rolling line were proposed.
