银包覆Bi2223超导带材的热压试验研究

摘要 对银包覆Bi2223高温超导带材的热压作了系统试验研究,确定了合理的带材热压处理工艺规范。结果表明热压处理能提高超导带中粉芯的密度和晶粒织构度,从而提高超导带材临界电流密度Jc。超导带材的Jc与热压的温度、压力、热压与冷压的结合方式等有密切的关系。最大的Jc为2.2×104A/cm2,77K,0T。 A systematical study on Bi2223/Ag superconducting tapes had been done.The optimical technology parameters of hot pressing treatment of tapes were determined.It was found that the hot pressing treatment can enhance critical current density J c because of the enhancement of the core density and degree of grains texture.The critical current density J c was relative to the temperature,pressure and to the manner of the combination of hot pressing and cold pressing of the tapes.The highest J c was 22000A/cm 2,77K,0T.
