高良姜不同部位指标成分1,8-桉油精与挥发油化学成分分析 被引量:3

Analysis of Marker Ingredient 1,8-Cineole' s Contents and Volatile Oil' s Chemical Constituents in Different Organs of Alpinia officinarum Hance

摘要 分析道地南药高良姜(Alpinia officinarum Hance)不同部位挥发油的化学组成,并测定指标成分1,8-桉油精的含量变化。结果表明,高良姜不同部位挥发油中的化学组成以及1,8-桉油精含量差异都很大,其一至四年生的地下根茎中1,8-桉油精含量均符合《中国药典》(2005版)的要求。 This paper analyzed the chemical constituents of volatile oil, and the change of marker ingredient 1,8-cineole content in different organs of Alpinia officinarum Hance which is one of genuine medical materials growing in South China. The results showed that chemical constituents and the contents of 1,8-eineole in different organs ofAlpinia officinarum Hance had many differences,and only the rhizomes came up to the required standard of Chinese pharmacopoeia (2005 Ed. ).
