摘要
应用高效液相色谱法,对都江堰市不同树龄厚朴干、枝皮中所含厚朴酚、和厚朴酚含量的动态分布进行了测定。结果表明:都江堰市不同树龄、不同部位厚朴中厚朴酚、和厚朴酚含量随树龄增大而增加,均在25年左右达到最高值;为厚朴药材质量评价、遗传改良及合理采收提供理论依据。
The contents of magnolol and honokiol from different ages and parts of Magnolia officinalis in DUJIANGYAN have been determined by HPLC. The results showed that the contents of magnolol and honokiol increaseed with the ages and the tiptop in 25 years. The quality of Magnolia officinalis is affected by grounding nature. This conclusion provided a theoretic basic for quality assessment, genetic improvement and rational picking of Magnolia officinalis.
