桦木酸对H22荷瘤小鼠肿瘤细胞凋亡及细胞周期的影响 被引量:1

摘要 研究桦木酸对H22荷瘤小鼠生命延长率、肿瘤细胞凋亡及细胞周期的影响。结果表明桦木酸能够明显延长H22荷瘤小鼠生生存时间,其中低、中剂量效果显著(P〈0.05);利用DNA结合性荧光探针直接对细胞DNA染色后FCM分析,桦木酸可能是通过影响H22肿瘤细胞S期而诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡。 This paper studied the influences of betulinic acid on life time prolonging effects and cell cycle and apoptosis on mice of bearing H22 tumor cells. The results showed that betulinic acid could increase the life time of H22 mice and betulinic acid could induce tumor cell apoptosis through restraining G0/G1 of S180 and blocking S of H22 by analyzing the signal using FCM after combining fluorescence probe to dye DNA.
