摘要
PROTOS 70卷接机组烟支分离鼓的凸轮机构由于加注润滑油困难,且与负压相通容易吸进灰尘或烟末等问题,使凸轮机构经常处于无润滑且有灰尘的环境下运行,造成滚子和凸轮之间磨损,影响设备的有效作业率,为此,对PROTOS 70的烟支分离传送装置进行了改造。改进后烟支分离传送装置,凸轮机构通过从动杆组件直接推动分离块运动,利用弹簧复位分离块组件,并将凸轮机构用罩壳完全封闭,与正、负压空气和烟灰隔离,罩壳内装满润滑油,保证了凸轮和滚子润滑良好。
The cam mechanism of the tobacco rods separating drum in PROTOS 70 filter cigarette making machine was hard to be lubricated and inclined to draw in tobacco dust because of connecting with negative pressure, it usually worked in a dusty environment and short of lubrication, which resulted in serious wear of roller follower and cam and badly affected machine operation efficiency. Therefore, the separating device was improved wherein the separating piece assembly was pushed forward directly by the follower assembly of the cam mechanism and pushed backward by a spring. The cam mechanism was completely sealed in a guard and isolated from positive and negative pressure air and dust. The guard was filled with lubricating oil which ensured good lubrication of the cam and roller.
