卷烟纸、接装纸和滤嘴丝束对卷烟烟气水分和焦油的影响 被引量:26

摘要 研究了不同透气度、不同定量的卷烟纸及不同透气度的预打孔接装纸对卷烟主流烟气水分和焦油的影响。结果发现:①卷烟纸透气度每增加10CU,水分降低0.122mg/支,降低率为2.94%;焦油降低0.3mg左右,降低率约1.93%;②随着卷烟纸定量的增大,烟气水分呈增加趋势,而焦油则呈下降趋势,当卷烟纸的定量大于28g/m2后,烟气水分的增加和焦油降低的幅度均很小;③预打孔接装纸透气度每增加100CU,烟气水分降低约0.3mg/支,降低率12.14%,而焦油则降低1.32mg,降低率9.7%。因此,从保持烟气水分和降低焦油考虑,卷烟纸的透气度宜小于70CU,定量应大于28g/m2;宜采用低透气度接装纸。 The influences of cigarette paper with different permeabilities and different grammages and the perforated tipping paper with different permeabilities on the moisture and tar contents in cigarette smoke were investigated. The results showed that: 1 ) when the permeability of cigarette paper increased by 10 CU, the moisture and tar contents in smoke decreased by 0.122 mg/cig. (about 2.94% ) and 0.3 mg/cig. (about 1.93% ), respectively; 2) with the increase of grammage of cigarette paper, the moisture content increased while the tar content decreased; however, when the grammage of cigarette paper was over 28 g/m^2, the change of moisture and tar contents diminished; 3 ) when the permeability of perforated tipping paper increased by 100 CU, the moisture and tar contents decreased by 0.3 mg/cig. (about 12.14% ) and 1.32 mg/cig. (about 9.7% ), respectively. In view of keeping moisture content and reducing tar in cigarette smoke, it was preferred to use cigarette paper with permeability of 〈 70 CU and grammage of 〉 28 g/m^2 and tipping paper with low permeability.
