摘要
酚醛树脂/石墨导热塑料是一种耐腐蚀、价廉的新型换热材料。通过对材料组分及用量与其力学性能、导热性能关系的探讨,获得了性能较佳的材料。
As a new material of heat exchanger,the heat-conductive plastics has heat conduction,anti-corrosion and lower price- In this paper,the effects of components and contents of heat-conductive plastics on the mechanical strength,heat deformation temperature and heat conductivity were studied.and the heat-conductive plastics with better comprehensive properties was obtained.
