摘要
详细分析了异型坯连铸过程中异型坯表面温度分布、异型坯凝固、结晶器中异型坯横截面应力-应变、异型坯的低倍组织以及异型坯中夹杂物等的特点。指出了异型坯连铸对精炼和连铸工艺及设备的具体要求。
This paper analyzes the shaped blank characteristics during continuous casting in details, including surface temperature distribution, solidification, stress - stain at shaped blank section in mould, macrostructure, inclusions and so on. Special requirements of shaped blank continuous casting on refine, continuous casting techniques and equipments are pointed out.
