摘要
鞍钢新4号高炉热风炉在全自动控制的基础上,开发应用了热风炉无波动换炉系统,通过对高炉换炉前各参数判断,实现了风压无波动换炉,换炉时间缩短5min。介绍了该无波动换炉系统的构成、工作原理和实际应用情况。
Hot stove change system without fluctuation is developed and applied on Angang new No. 4 BF on the basis of fully automatic control. Hot stove can be changed without wind pressure fluctuation and changement time is shorted 5 minutes by judging all kinds of parameters before changement. This article introduces the system structure, working principle and practice application conditions.
