大庆石化总厂３０万吨乙烯进口开工锅炉，开车前必须进行化学清洗。针对进口锅炉清洗方案中所列药剂，其一购之既需要外汇；其二按之清洗后的排放液含有致癌物，对其处理也较困难。通过选用国产药剂，采用新的清洗方法及工艺，既达到了满意清洗效果，又避免了致癌物的污染，还为国家节省了外汇。
