介绍了以五水偏硅酸钠代替三聚磷酸钠而制备ＬＹ型啤酒瓶清洗剂的工艺过程。该产品主要特点是高效、低泡沫、无磷无毒、成本低，经济效益好。
The development procedure of LY type bottle cleaner is presented. This product is of high efficient, no phosphorus content, low foaming and low cost characteristics. The authors think that sodium metasilicate (pentahydrate) is an excellent assistant in bottle cleaners.
