大型高压轻油纯氧转化等压合成氨节能工艺探讨 被引量:2

摘要 为了进一步降低大型轻油氨厂的综合能耗,笔者提出采用高压轻油纯氧一次转化,高压低温甲醇洗脱硫脱碳,高压液氮洗净化,等压合成氨节能工艺流程。 To further reduce comprehensive energy consumption in large scale light oil based ammonia plants,authors of the article propose an energy saving technology of isostactic synthesizing ammonia by one step conversion of high pressure light oil with pure oxygen,high pressure and low temperature desulfurization and decarbonization with methanol and high pressure purification with liquid nitrogen.
