摘要
叙述了合成塔的发展过程,介绍了NC型轴-径向塔的开发思路及开发过程中的技术关键。工业应用表明,使用该塔(尤其内件)可提高氨净值,降低塔阻力,且对催化剂有较好的适应性。认为应制定相应的塔及其内件的设计与制造标准。
This paper described the development of the synthetic tower and introduced the exploit conception of NC type axialradial synthetic tower as well as the key technical. The industrial application showed that this tower (especially interparts)could enhance the ammonia net value, reduce the tower resistance and be more suitable for catalyst. The paper also suggested that the relative standard shall be made for the design and manufacture of the tower and its inter parts.
