Primary Exploration of Ecology Building Design Strategy

在全球可持续发展战略的提出和建筑业可持续发展的背景之下,生态建筑应运而生并越来越多地出现在人们的视野中。以全球范围下的可持续发展为背景,就生态建筑的内涵、建造目标、基本理念、评价标准及其在国内外的发展进程进行研究,并以国内外成功的生态建筑,特别是上海建筑科学院打造的科技攻关项目—生态建筑示范楼为例,浅析其技术策略以及应用前景。

In the context of global strategy of sustainable development and sustainable development of construction industry,the enter-gence and application of ecological buildings became more and more frequent in our vision. The content, the goal, the principle, the criteria for evaluation and the process of development of ecological buildings were studied. Besides, to take example of the Ecological Building Demonstration created by Shanghai Research Institute of Building Sciences, its technology strategy and application prospects were analyzed.
