Innovative characters, electric parameters, structure type and the constructing process of a new photovoltaic facade（PV） paper were introduce＆ The innovative characters of the PV facade are that outer circular ventilation double skins facade structure was used to solve solar panel ＂s heat dissipation problem. New frame structure was used to solve EVA layer＇s stress problem, and all of the equipments and materials were made in China.
