In 21 centuries, the technology of building energy-saving has already become the inevitable trend and the sign of city building level. Energy conservation of building is a comprehensive subject, which involves many special fields such as construction, heating, venti-lation, air-conditioning, illumination, electrical equipment, building material, hot labor, the sources of energy, environment, detecting, computer applications and so on. It is a cross-edge subject too. Therefore, building energy-saving is a comprehensive technology. The main measures to save energy in buildings were put forward.
