摘要
目的反相高效液相色谱法测定甲亢灵颗粒中丹参素的含量。方法反相高效液相色谱法。采用Hypersil BDS C18色谱柱;以甲醇-1%冰醋酸溶液(10:90)为流动相;检测波长280nm;流速1.0ml/min;柱温25℃。结果丹参素钠在3.612-18.06μg/ml浓度范围内线性关系良好,回归方程:y=22676x-73264,r=0.9999,平均回收率为98.9%,RSD为1.7%(n=5)。通过含量测定,确定甲亢灵颗粒每袋含丹参素(C9H10O5)不得少于9.9mg。结论该法操作简便,结果准确、可靠,为甲亢灵颗粒的质量控制提供依据。
Objective To determine Danshensu in Jiakangling Granules by HPLC. Methods HPLC analysis was applied to determine Danshensu in Jiakangling Granules. The HPLC chromatographic conditions included Hypersil BDS column; the mobile phase was methanol-1% glacial acetic (10:90) and the detective wavelength was at 280 nm,column temperature was 25℃. Results There were good linear relationship for Dan-shensu within the range of 3. 612-18.06 μg/ml,r=0.9999. The average recovery was 98.9% ,RSD=1.7% (n=5). Conclusion The methods were of good accurate and a simple procedure. It may be practical to control the quality of Jiakangling Granules.
