Promoting the Development of Library by Establishing Subject Librarian System

指出了建立学科馆员制度是高校图书馆创新发展的必由之路,传统图书馆员向新型学科馆员转变应具备多种能力,并提出了建立高校图书馆学科馆员制度的策略。

It is pointed out that to establish subject librarian system is the only way out for the further development of a library, that to be a qualified subject librarian, one needs to meet many requirements. The strategies to establish subject librarian system in a university library are put forward.
