摘要
以钛酸丁酯和氨水为原料,无水乙醇为溶剂,硝酸为抑制剂,采用湿法水解制备氮掺杂TiO2纳米微粒,并用XRD、TEM对其进行了表征。在紫外光照射下,考察了氮掺杂催化剂光催化降解酸性红B的催化性能。以高压汞灯为光源对有机染料酸性红B进行了光催化降解实验,并研究了催化剂的类型、催化剂的用量、溶液初始浓度对酸性红B降解的影响。研究结果表明:氮掺杂纳米TiO2的光催化性能明显优于纯纳米TiO2的光催化性能。
Nitrogen doped TiO2 nanosize particles were prepared with tetra - n - butyl titanate and ammonia by wet hydrolyzation method in alcohol - HNO3 liquor. The products were characterized by XRD and TEM. Photocatalytic activities of the nitrogen doped catalysts were evaluated under ultraviolet light irradiation by photodegradation of acid red B. The photocatalytic degradation of acid red B in aqueous solution was conducted under high - pressured mercury lamp irradiation, the effects of the type of catalyst, the dosage of catalyst and the initial concentration of the solution on the degradation of acid red B were studied. The results indicated that the N - doped nano - sized TiO2 powder remarkably improved its photocatalytic activity compared with pure nano- sized TiO2 powder.
