摘要
用1-二甲氨基-2,3-二氯丙烷(简称氯化物)与硫代硫酸钠进行硫代硫酸化反应,再加盐酸酸化,降温结晶生成杀虫丹。经多次试验确定了合成过程中硫代硫酸化反应的适宜条件为:700g75%~80%的甲醇水溶液/1mol氯化物,氯化物与硫代硫酸钠物质的量之比为1:2.05。在此条件下,杀虫丹的含量达到94.9%,总收率达到88.1%。
After 2,3 - dichlom - N, N - dimethylpmpan - 1 - amine (RC1) reacted with sodium hyposulfite, hydrochloric acid was added into the reaction system. Ethiofencarb Crystal formed after system temperature dropped. Repeated tests on the reaction medium for synthesizing ethiofenearb showed that 700 g 75% ~ 80% methanol per mole of RCl and RCl:Na2S2O3 = 1:2.05 were adequate to get good results. The ethiofencarb content reached 94.9 %, and ultimate yield 88.1%.
