From starting to analyze liquid phase composition of the first absorption outer cooler in middle pressure absorption system of urea plant, author has discussed the basic conditions and the control requirements for optimal operation in the traditional middle pressure absorption system, and presented the optimal operation scheme of middle pressure absorption system.
