摘要
介绍了尿素合成塔在生产过程中导致的腐蚀情况;从操作温度、氨碳比、氧含量、硫含量等方面分析了尿素合成塔腐蚀的影响因素;针对开停车、封塔和检修过程中尿塔的保护以及塔体碳钢层的保护,提出了相关保护措施和注意事项。
Author has introduced the corrosion situation caused in the production process of urea reactor; analyzed the effecting factors for corrosion of urea reactor from aspects of operating temperature, ratio of ammonia/carbon, oxygen content, sulfur content etc. ; the relative matters to be noticed and the protective measures were presented in allusion to the starting up and stopping and reactor enclosing during the process of maintenance.
