冠心宁联合异舒吉治疗不稳定性心绞痛86例疗效观察

Observation of the curative effect of guanxinning combined with isoket in 86 patients with unstable angina pectoris

目的:观察冠心宁联合异舒吉治疗不稳定心绞痛的疗效。方法:治疗组在常规治疗的基础上,加用冠心宁+异舒吉静脉滴注治疗。结果:冠心宁+异舒吉经7天治疗后对不稳定型心绞痛有效率95.4%,对照组为56.9%,经统计学处理,两组差异有非常显著性(P<0.01),结论:冠心宁联合异舒吉治疗不稳定性心绞痛疗效显著,不良反应少,值得推广应用。

Objective ：To investigate the curative effect of isoket combined with guanxinning injection in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris.Methods：The patients in the treatment group were added with isoket and guanxinning injection by intravenous drip on the basis of routine treatment.Results：After 7 days of treatment,the effective rate was 95.4% in the treatment group and 56.9% in the control group, with a signicant difference between two groups（P〈0.01）.Conclusion ：The curative effect of guanxinning combined with isoket in unstable angina pectoris is marked, with less adverse reaction, which should be promoted in clinic.
