长江三角洲技术创新驱动机制的比较分析

The Comparison Study on Motive Force of Technological Innovation of Yangtze River Delta

以2000～2005年度江苏、浙江和上海三省（市）的面板数据为基础，对该地区创新的驱动因素作了一个量化分析，结果表明政府科技支出、FDI、全社会R＆D投入以及企业科技经费支出对科技创新的影响显著。通过对三省市科技创新效率的比较分析，提出了如何提高科技创新效率的政策建议。

Based on the panel data from 2000 to 2005 of Jiangsu, Shanghai and Zhejiang provinces, our empirical work investigates the effect of motive forces on technology innovation. We find that the driving forces have significant effect on technology innovation. After the comparison of the efficiency in different region, we make some suggestions on how to improve the efficiency of technology innovation.
