腹腔镜多脏器联合手术71例分析

Analysis of 71 cases with laparoscopic multi-organ operation

目的探讨腹腔镜多脏器联合手术的可行性。方法回顾性分析71例腹腔镜多脏器联合手术的临床资料。结果2例中转开腹，其余69例手术均顺利，发生术后并发症1例。术后患者排气时间1～6d，平均（3．5±0．9）d。术后住院时间为3～35d，平均（7．8±3．2）d。结论腹腔镜多脏器联合手术能有效地一次处理腹腔内多个病灶。

Objective To discuss the feasibility of combined laparoscopic muhi-organ surgery in clinical application. Methods The clinical data of 71 cases treated with combined laparoscopic multi-organ surgery were analyzed. Results 2 laparoscopic procedures were converted to laparotomy and the rest were successfully completed with 1 case of postoperative complication. All the patients recovered the intestinal function at （ 3.5 ± 0.9 ） d after operation, with the departure time （ 7.8 ± 3.2 ） d after the operation. Conclusion Combined laparoscopic multi-organ surgery is eppeetine in mamapement of intraperitoneal multiple facal lesions.
