摘要
分压控制法是利用NO2溶解于水的特性,在密闭条件下,在催化剂的作用下,使在吸收反应过程中产生的NO氧化生成NO2后溶解于水中,从而控制NO在气相中的分压,使反应体系达到平衡状态。该方法主要特点有:①循环利用NOx,使硝酸的加入量减少50%,降低了生产成本;②减少产生的NOx量,降低废气的处理成本;③控制NOx的外排速度,经吸收后可达标排放。
The mechanism of partial pressure control method is to oxidize NO into NO2 with the activator effect in sealed condition; and then NO2 can dissolve in water. As a result, the partial pressure of NO can be reduced and the system can achieve balanced state. The characteristics of the method are: ①NOx is used cyclically and the dosage of HNO3 can be saved ; ②the quantity of NOx can be reduced and the treatment cost will be less ; ③the discharge speed of NOx can be controlled and meet the environment standard.
