血脂康联合阿托伐他汀治疗对急性冠脉综合征患者血脂及高敏C反应蛋白的影响 被引量：5

摘要 目的观察血脂康和阿托伐他汀联合治疗对急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者高敏C反应蛋白(hsCRP)和血脂的影响。方法将116例ACS患者随机分为2组:A组予血脂康和阿托伐他汀联合治疗,B组予阿托伐他汀治疗,入院时及治疗6个月后测血清hsCRP、血脂(TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C)水平。结果治疗6个月后2组患者血清hsCRP、TC、LDL-C水平均较入院时降低,A组较B组改善更明显(P<0.05);A组HDL-C较入院时升高(P<0.05)。结论血脂康和阿托伐他汀联合治疗ACS可有效降低血清hsCRP水平,改善血脂水平。
