企业环境管理综合效应影响因素的实证研究被引量：9

Empirical Research of Impact on Driving Factors of Firm Environmental Management Based on EMBs

摘要研究了影响企业环境管理综合效应的因素,提出用企业实施的环境管理行为(EMBs)替代环境管理综合效应,以此引入计数变量,用负的二项式模型、泊松模型及有序概率模型进行估计,完成EMBs对环境管理影响因素的回归分析,结果发现企业环境管理是规则因素、市场因素及企业自身属性综合作用的结果。 The paper mainly studies the impact factors of environmental management. It brings forward to substitute environmental behaviors（EMBs） for comprehensiveness of environmental management, introduces the counting variable, and then use NB model, possion model and ordered probit model to estimate the results. It is found that a firm environmental management is the common result of regulation factors, market factors and enterprise qualities.
