摘要
从区域经济发展、企业所处生命周期、产业竞争、供应链管理等角度分析,提出了第三方物流企业仓储中心的选址决策的方法,运用层次分析法等在区位选址及区内选址两个层面上对仓储中心的选址规划决策进行研究,选出综合评分最高的候选地点,构建以普通托盘机械立体库形式并参与VMI管理为方向规划仓储中心,培育企业核心竞争力。
The development of the regional economy,life cycle of enterprises, competition of industries, supply chain management and so on are analyzed. The decision-making method of selected location of warehousing center is proposed for the third party logistics enterprises. The Analytic Hierarchy Process has been used for decisions of selecting the location of warehousing center at the district and regional levels. The location which has the highest comprehensive grade is selected as the candidate. Then the warehouse center based on the ordinary tray-type is constructed, the VMI management is applied, and the enterprise＇s core competitivenessis cultivated.
