The Improvement of From-to Matrix for Equipment Layout in One Line

摘要 针对设备单行布置从至表试验法存在的缺陷,提出了改进的从至表试验法。运用的两个原则,从至数之和大的居中,小的靠两边;关系密切的设备尽可能近邻,不密切的远离,两条原则相结合,借助设备关系图,可用有限的几次试验就可获得比较满意的近似最优解。 Because of the defects in from-to matrix method used for the equipment layout in one line, this paper improves the method. The improved method determines the equipment arrangement according to the sum of date on the matrix and the relation of equipment. Therefore there are two principles: one is that the bigger sum lays in the middle and the smaller is in the two sides; another one is equipment with closer relation locates nearer or adjacent, otherwise apart from each othere. Combining this two principles with the equipment relationship chart , it will be easy to get a satisfactory suboptimum solution within few trials.
