摘要
不同客户对企业有不同的价值。通过分析客户价值的影响因素,构建客户价值的评价指标体系,并且采用层次分析法对指标体系中各评价指标的权重进行合理赋值,对客户价值进行比较全面的、多角度的评价,从而促使企业根据评价结果进行有效的客户关系管理。
Different customer has different value. Through analyzing factors influential on customer value, it puts forward an index System of Evaluating customer value in the enterprise according to value contribution, and applies AHP to analyze weight of the indexes so as to evaluating customer value roundly and comprehensively. The result of evaluating is used for enterprise to perform customer relationship management.
