面对激烈的市场竞争环境,并行工程作为一种有效的新产品开发方法越来越引起世界各国的重视。然而,并行工程方法作为一种一体化的设计思想,要求把企业各部门人员的知识甚至顾客和供应商的要求整合到新产品的设计开发中,从而在尽可能短的时间内设计出优质高效的产品。因此,实施知识管理也就成为并行工程的必然要求;能否有效的进行知识管理也就成为决定并行工程成败的关键所在。

The concurrent engineering as a new method in product design and development become more and more important However, the concurrent engineering which is based on the idea of integrated product development requires to integrate the knowledge of all departments of the enterprise even included the knowledge of customers and supply into the new product design and development. The purpose is to design a product with a high quality. So it become necessary to apply the knowledge management into the concurrent engineering. Whether we can put the knowledge management forward in concurrent engineering become the key important factor in a successful product development.
