业主作为工程建设项目的投资者和使用者,准确识别和正确评估工程项目中的风险具有重要意义。利用层次分析法(AHP)和ABC分类法,对业主风险进行评估和排序,使业主在防范风险时做到主次分明,心中有数。
As the investor and user of construction project,it has the vital significance for the owner to accurately identify and to assess correctly the project＇s risk.The paper carries on the assessment and the sort in owner risk to use Analytical Hierarchy Process （AHP）and ABC classification,which enables the owner to know well and to establish priorities while guarding against the risk.
