摘要
液压安全联轴器是八十年代初瑞典的专利产品。本文运用短薄壁圆筒弯曲理论和厚壁圆筒公式,计算了联轴器消除各套筒间隙所需压力,并将理论值与实测值对比,其相对误差在3%~15%范围内,验证了所用理论公式的正确性,在此基础上,本文得出具有实用价值的压力———转矩关系曲线图。
The hydraulic safety coupling is a patent product of sweden in the early′80s.Utilizing the bending theory of thin walled short cylinder and the formula of thick walled cylinder,this paper calculated the needed pressure for eliminating the clearance between each cylindrical sleeve of the coupling,and a contrast is made between theoretical value and tested value which shows a relative error with the range of 3%~15%,thus verified the correctness of the theoretical formula being used.On this basis this paper obtained a pressure-torque relation chart which is of practical value.
