开放式级进模结构CAD系统研究

Research on the Open CAD System for Progressive Die Structure

首先论述建立开放式级进模结构CAD系统及提高其效率的必要性和有效途径，进而介绍HProDie级进模结构CAD的系统组成。系统通过“自顶向下”（toptodown）设计流程的实现，基于参数化构型语言的独立开放模具标准件库系统的建立，工作区零件快速设计手段的提供，使得整体开放性及效率得到提高。

The necessities and efficient ways to build an open CAD system for progressive dies structure and the contents of the system are presented in this paper. The efficiency of the sys tem is improved by use of 'top to down' design procedure, establishment of an independent stan dard component libary system based on paramet ric modeling language, and quick design of the parts in the working area.
