复杂类薄板件的二维展开计算可分为两步:几何展开,力学修正。首先将零件分割为若干条状区域,每一区域用一直纹面逼近,再对直纹面进行三角网格分割,并将所有的三角平面展开在同一平面上,得到零件的初始展开面。然后对初始面进行有限元网格划分,根据零件所用材料、加。过程,给定边界条件。通过施加载荷,使初始展开面变形、裂缝和重叠消失。图形封闭。用样条曲线逼近该图形的轮廓线,从而得到零件的展开面。
Development of a sheet metal part is divided into two steps: geometric layout and mechanical modification. The surface of a part is firstly decomposed into several strip regions and each region is approximated with a ruled sur face. Then the ruled surfaces are triangulated in to approximate planar triangles and unfolded in to a plane. The resulted flat pattern contains cracks and overlaps. Forces are exerted on the initial shape in order to eliminate the overlaps and cracks. The displacements of material can be calculated by the finite element method.
