深圳市罗湖区1420例妇女生殖道人乳头瘤病毒筛查结果分析 被引量:13

摘要 目的探讨生殖健康检查的妇女人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染的情况,为宫颈癌早期预防工作提供依据。方法对2006年5月—2007年11月在深圳市罗湖区计划生育服务中心进行生殖健康检查的1420例妇女,采用核酸分子快速杂交型技术进行21种HPV亚型感染筛查,并对结果呈阳性者进行阴道镜检查。结果HPV总感染率为15.21%(216/1420),21种型别均被检出,感染占前三位的是HPV16,HPV58,HPV52。HPV感染高峰年龄在30~35岁(4.15%)。216例HPV阳性者中亚临床感染及相关肿瘤感染占81.41%。结论对HPV阳性者进行严格的宫颈癌筛查是妇女生殖健康检查的重点,社会因素对HPV的筛查有较大的影响。 OBJECTIVE To screen the infection status of human papilomavirus (HPV) in women reproductive health examination, and to provide evidence for taking measures against cervical carcinoma. METHODS 1420 cases of women reproductive health examination were checked for 21 HPV DNA types by DNA flow-through hybridization genotyping technique, and HPV DNA (+) were examined by colposcope. RESULTS All of the 21 types HPV were detected: the HPV-positive rate was 15.21%(216/1420). The most common type was HPV16, the second was HPV58, the third was HPV52. The prevalence of HPV infection peaked in the 30-35 years old (4.15%) and then gradually declined. In 216 HPV positive patients, 81.41% was suhclinic papilloxnam and HPV-related tumor. CONCLUSIONS The emphasis in women reproductive health examination should be put on HPV-positive patients, social factor should he paid attention with the HPV examination rate.
