双子辛酸甘油酯的合成及性能 被引量:7

Preparation and performance of gemini surfactant di-glycerol caprylate

摘要 以正辛酸乙酯、甲酸乙酯、1,2-二氯乙烷、甘油和金属钠为原料合成了非离子gem in i型表面活性剂双子辛酸甘油酯,并以核磁共振氢谱和红外光谱对其结构进行了表征,测定了其表面活性和流滴性能,与单辛酸甘油酯进行性能对比。结果表明,该双子表面活性剂cm c为0.004 mmol/L,γcm c为30.0 mN/m;并且分散、乳化和流滴性能均优于单辛酸甘油酯。 A nonionic gemini surfactant (GGMC) was prepared by using ethyl caprilate, ethyl formate, 1, 2-dichloroethane, glycerol and metallic sodium as starting materials. The chemical structure of the product was characterized by ^1HNMR spectrum and IR spectrum. Surface activity and other performance of the product was examined and compared with that of glycerol mono-caprylate. Results showed that the cmc is 0.004 mmol/L and γcmc is 30.0 mN/m. Its dispersing power, emulsifying power and anti-fogging property (for agriculture plastic films) are better than that of glycerol mono-caprylate.
