摘要
研究了微波-大孔树脂协同催化合成了肉桂酸正丁酯的新工艺,通过优化合成工艺得到了最佳工艺条件:肉桂酸0.01 mol,酸醇摩尔比1∶3,催化剂用量为反应物质量的35%,微波功率300 W,反应时间24 min,在此条件下产率达94.50%。
n-Butyl cinnamate was prepared by microwave assisted synthesis, integrated with macroporous resin catalysis from cinnamic acid as raw material. The preparation processes were investigated and the optimum conditions have been found. With cinnamic acid 0.01 mol, the molar ratio of cinnamic acid to n - butyl alcohol is 1:3. Mass fraction of macroporous resin is 35% of the reagents. Microwave power is 300 W. Reaction time is 24 min. The yield achieves 94.50%.
