专业技术人才是高等学校生存和发展乃至社会发展的关键。本文在对河北省高等学校专业技术人才的状况进行调查的基础上,分析了河北省高等学校人才使用中所存在的问题,提出了人才使用的对策。

Professional and technical talents are the keys to the survival and development of colleges and universifies as well as social development. This paper, based on the investigation of professional and technical talents in colleges and universities in Hebei Province, analyzes the existing problems in their utilization and puts some countermeasures.
