Introduction of Expert Work-station Software System for Limited Life-time Mechanical Strength Design

对两种机械强度有限寿命设计专家工作站软件系统进行了介绍。车载式工作站软件配备有6个大型软件包：数据采集软件包PCM、可编程交互式分析软件PIAS、信号分析软件SPASS、计数分级软件KLAUS、疲劳强度分析软件FATIMAS、图形软件包GOSY以及可选的结构有限元分析软件I－DEAS。便携式工作站软件系统包括4个大型软件包：数据采集、数据分析、数据显示、疲劳寿命分析软件。对上述软件包的功能、使用方法，各模块间的联系，以及每一软件包所包括的子模块都给出了较详细的介绍。

This article gives an introductionof two expert work-station software systems forlimited life-time mechanical strength design. Vehicle-mounted expert work-station software system included six software kit: data acquisitionsoftware kit (PCM ), programmable interactiveanalysis system (PIAS ), signal analysis(SPASS ), classification software (KLAUS ), fatigue analysis (FATIMAS ), graphical outputsystem (GOSY) and the structure analysis finiteelement methode (I-deas ) is optional. Portableexpert work-station software system includedfour software kit: data acqusition(REMUSLAB ), data analysis(REMUSKLASS ), data display(REMUSGAPH), fatigue life expentancy analysis software (NCODE FOR PC) and structureanalysis finite element methode(I-deas). This article gives a definite expectancy design of me-chanical strength,and a detailed introduction ofthe function and use of the software system.
