摘要
以钛酸丁酯为前驱体,膨胀珍珠岩(EP)为载体,采用载体内溶胶-凝胶法制备了可漂浮于水面的负载TiO2光催化剂。研究结果表明,TiO2负载量低于30%时,TiO2颗粒不大于0.5μm,并在载体表面均匀分布;550℃焙烧后,30%TiO2/EP催化剂表面存在锐钛矿相与金红石相混晶。对模拟污染物罗丹明B(RB)进行光催化降解实验,表明经550℃焙烧后的该催化剂光催化活性最佳,紫外光强为167μW/cm2光照4h后,0.15g催化剂可使30mL浓度为15mg/L的罗丹明B的去除率达95%。
Floating TiO2/EP photocatalyst was prepared by Sol-Gel method using tetrabutyl titanate(TBT) as precursor and expanded perlite as support. The research results showed that the Ti(OCH(CH3)2)4 can be used as precursor to prepare highly dispersed TiO2 on the perlite surface, and the mixture crystals of TiO2 (anatase and rutile) were concurrent after calcined at 550℃. The obtained results of the photocatalytic treatment experiments of water synthetically polluted with Rhodamine B showed a fairly good performance for the 30%TiO2/EP catalyst. Also control experiments confirmed that the effects on adsorption and degradation of Rhodamine B by the TiO2/EPcatatysts in the dark conditions were negligible.
