利用“转基因精子”生产大群转基因家禽
摘要
由于家禽特殊的生理和生殖器官解剖学特点,一些适用于哺乳动物的转基因方法在家禽上并不合适,文章作者对通过制造转基因精子生产转基因家禽的新技术进行探索,为生物技术领域转基因方法的研究提供了新思路。
