摘要
为对6000t/h轮斗取料机反力矩梁断裂确定事故原因,对反力矩梁在作业中的动态载荷进行了测试,按照BS—5400标准,采用局部应力应变疲劳分析方法对反力矩梁的各种修复和改造方案进行了疲劳寿命分析,以期寻求最经济可行的修复措施。
A breaking incident of thecounter-moment beam on a 6 000 t/h bucket-wheel reclaimer which was working at the thirdphase coal dock in Qinghuandao, was happenedin August, 1989. In order to find out the sourceof the incident and determine the repairing procedure, a testing for the dynamic load on thebeam under the operation conditions has beenperformed. The fatigue life analysis to the different possibilities of the beam repairing was madeby using the partial stress strain fatigue analysisand according to standard BS-5400 for seekingthe most economical and feasible repair method
