摘要
倾斜车牌图像的校正对于后续车牌图像的分割与识别具有很大的影响。本文提出一种基于Radon变换来估计倾斜角度的方法,并对之实行分步校正,最后应用数学形态学的方法对图像进行平滑处理。
Correction of the skew vehicle license plate is very substantial to the license plate images segmentation and recognition. In this paper, we present a method based on Radon transformation, which can estimate the skew angle by seeking the frame of the license plate, and then we also propose a method to rectify the traffic plate with two steps. Eventually, the mathematical morphologic procedures are used to smooth the image.
