摘要
微进给机构的频响和行程是一对矛盾,介绍了一种高频响大行程的微进给机构,其关键部件为自行研制的直流直线电机。介绍直线电机的结构,给出了它的动力学模型,并对其模型进行了分析和简化。在此基础上.进行了微进给机构闭环特性分析及控制器综合。性能实验结果表明,该微进给机构同时具有频响高、行程大和精度高的特点。
A micro-feed mechanism with thecharacteristics of high frequency response, longtravel is developed,heart of which is a specially-designed D. C. linear motor. The structure of thelinear motor is introduced and its mathematicmodel is given. Based on these,an analysis of theclosed-loop system and design of the controllerare carried out. Both the theoretical analysis andthe experiments show that the micro-feed mech-anism possesses the performance of high fre-quency response,long travel and high accuracy.
